We set them up for you, and sending referrals is always free: we create their accounts and train their staff. They send each referral from the notes and documents they already have, by fax or upload.
Setting up your practice’s account takes about 15 minutes. From there, we onboard your referring providers for you, and you’re fully live once they’re on.
Outgoing referrals are always free. Treating providers pay a small fee based on volume, after a three-month free trial. Monthly and annual contracts are available.

For surgery centers
It works alongside them, not in place of them. Built-in integrations with AdvantX and SIS Charts enter and update each booking, file H&Ps and other documents to the patient’s chart, and read details back so CoManix stays up to date. Without an integration, every booking arrives complete and ready to enter, so nothing is retyped from a fax. We can build integrations for the system you use.
Eligibility is checked automatically at booking and re-checked up to the surgery date: active coverage, deductible and out-of-pocket remaining, copay and coinsurance, network status, and whether prior authorization is required, for primary and secondary plans. From your contracts and those checks, CoManix estimates what the patient will owe, so they can have payment ready well ahead of time.
Review it on the booking, where every finding links to the H&P page it came from. Then approve the case, deny it, or request labs or more detail from the booking office. H&Ps are screened the moment they are faxed in, against criteria customized with your anesthesiologists, so issues surface as soon as each H&P arrives, not on the day of surgery.
