Business Associate Agreement

CoManix provides a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) to every customer covered under HIPAA. The BAA defines how CoManix, as your Business Associate, handles, safeguards, and accounts for Protected Health Information (PHI) on your behalf, in accordance with 45 CFR §§ 164.502, 164.504, and the HITECH Act.
